A QUICK NOTE ON GIFT CARD SECURITY & YOUR VISIT​

At La Vie Day Spa, we want your experience to be relaxing from start to finish. To keep your funds secure, we use a fully automated encryption system. Here is how it works and how you can prepare for your visit:

• Fully Automated: When a gift card is purchased, our system generates a unique code and sends it directly to the recipient. For your protection, our staff cannot view, access, or know which code belongs to whom.​

​

• Your Digital Cash: Because the process is private and automated, we cannot "look up" a code by name or phone number. Your redemption code is your only form of payment.

​

• Presentation is Key: Please have your code ready (on your phone or printed) to show at the front desk. Without the code, we have no way to verify or redeem the funds in our system.

• Missing Email?: If you can’t find the code, please search your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for "La Vie Day Spa". We highly recommend taking a screenshot of your code for easy access!

• Email Accuracy: Please double-check the recipient's email address. If you accidentally send it to the wrong address, notify us immediately. We are not responsible if a gift card is fraudulently redeemed by an unintended recipient

HELPFUL TIPS FOR A SMOOTH CHECK_OUT:

• Treat it like Cash: Since our system is encrypted for your safety, we don't have a "master list" of active codes. Please have your code handy before your treatment begins.

​

• Verification: If you truly cannot locate the email, the purchaser must provide the date of purchase, the original email address used, and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the transaction. While we cannot see the code itself, we can check our dashboard to verify the order status and resend the gift card to the correct email for you.

• Alternative Payment: If a code is not presented at the time of service, an alternative form of payment will be required. You can then save your gift card for another relaxing visit once you’ve located the code!
