We recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your desired time slots. To accommodate your schedule and guarantee your reservation, credit card information is required at the time of booking. Gift certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment.
Credit card information must be real and accurate. Appointments may be cancelled if incorrect credit card information is given. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policy and only make necessary charges on the date of scheduled service. Details of our cancelation policy are provided below.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee equal to half (50%) of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will also be charged half (50%) of the cost of the scheduled service.
We do understand that emergency circumstances can occur and we will strive to accommodate you as best we are able. In the event you are running late, we will attempt to make the required adjustments to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee to accomplish your full service. In this case, you still have to pay full price of your service you have booked.
We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time slot. Additionally, our staff may work on an "on call" status and may have travelled to the spa specifically for your appointment. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate information ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a less than 24 hour (from scheduled appointment) cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Prices and Services:
All sales are final. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up-to-date on any changes that may occur, but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gift certificates may be purchased online or at the spa by phone at 619-408-6749.
* Gift cards/certificates/vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
* Gift vouchers should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or misplaced.
* The service-based gift card expires 12 months from the date of purchase, but the actual amount paid never expires.
* Voucher must be presented at the time of payment.
* All service-based gift cards must be redeemed in ONE SINGLE VISIT (one person in one time), or the remaining credit will be forfeited. This does not apply to value-based gift certificates.
- Example: A voucher for a 90-minute massage cannot be split into a 60-minute massage then a subsequent 30-minute massage. If you aren't able to use up the entire 90 minutes in a single session, the remaining time will be forfeited. However, a $200 gift certificate can be used across multiple visits.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 20% to 25% (based on regular price) but is, of course, at your discretion.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. La Vie Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.
